Nike Sky Force to return in 2009

I recently got word of the return of the Nike SkyForce returning next year . The colorways will be blue and red no info on a release date yet. The shoe was popular in 84 during the heyday of high cut nike shoes they were an alternative to Air Force One and Terminators

Puma First Round are added to the MBBQ Menu

The Puma Mongolian BBQ (whoa!!! what a mouthful ) is probably the most in depth shoe creator on the Internet besides Nike Id . The MBBQ has a wide array of materials to use and the silhouette of the First Round creates almost an endless amount of possible shoes. The great part about it is that all these possibilities for $110 dollars .

Air Jordan Fusion 6 White/Infrared

I'm not really big fan of fusions personally , but these are an exception. There was an earlier sample that caught a lot of flack for two reasons . One for being undetailed and two for "desecrating" the Jordan" legacy ", but this recent sample may hush the critics with its attention to detail of the preforated holes on the upper and retaining a remarkable amount out of the Jordan 6 silhouette's. The shoe features a white leather upper black accents on the heel tab , Jordan 6 tongue ,an infrared mid sole, and the visible air bubble the shoe is very respectful homage to the Jordan 6 [ even though certain purist might say otherwise ]. All it needs is the clear sole and the shoe is a perfect blend. The release date is set at January 31,2009.

Nike Air Flight Lite Hi Citron

After all these years its seemed that Pip finally gets his due with the heavily anticipated release of the Air Flight Lite Hi Citrons .These shoes were real high tops and extremely light compared to todays shoes and those of its era , but sadly it played second fiddle to Mikes 6s that year and were forgotten For all the old heads and young guys looking to expand their collection this is a must buy .These are expected to be released very soon along with the Bulls and Purps Colorways that are expected to release over the next two months for the retail price of $112.

Black Purple Nike Air Pippen

Nike breaks out another classic colorway of the Air Pippen this time its the Back Purps . The red on the Visible Air unit, PIP logos and on the midsole swoosh and embroidered swoosh is replaced with purple. Making a very familiar yet extremely unique at the same time . These are set to come out in November in Champs and its affiliated stores

Vandal Dunks are for all you sleepers out there that who missed their chance at getting them in 05 or the vintage ones this year . Now you can get them in Dunk form because it looks like no one is sleeping on Dunks out there [ looks at closet full of dunks]. Okay jokes aside this has to be the best dunk Nike has put out all for awhile. If you are a fan of dunks and a vandals but would hate to see a fusion [ shudders while looking at picture of Air Tech Challenge Hybrid ] this shoe is for you .These is going to be a Nike Sportswear release so call your Local spot to see if they might catch them.

University Big Nike 2009 Second Look

If you are an o.g head you would remember the Big Nike the predecessor of the Terminator. It was a major basketball shoe for Nike in 1986 these shoe soon fell into the Nike Vaults after the Manut Bol novelty faded. Luckily Nike cracked open the archives to release these bad boys . The material consist of nubuck and the sidepanel and toeboox and a gumsole which we haven't seen much of recently .tThe colorway is very reminscent ofthe Nike College Colours from the 80's . If you are a fan of Nike Basketball shoes before they got to high-tech these are the perfect shoe for you .

If you have been paying close attention to sneakers as of late you have probably seen how Puma has been slowly trying to bring up their hipster sneaker rep with the Goonies and Screaming Hand releases, but thankfully they know turn their eyes toward the collectors market with these Sky 2's that release in November . Nike Air Force 180 Killah Bee

The Air 180's are probaly one of the most forgotten Nike shoes of current time . Worn on the feet of Sir Charles during the olympics these shoes wewere given instant grail status and when they retroed in 05 they were released in og colorways and regular ones. And for all those who missed out on the rage these became a slept on classic for the past three years .

Now for all those like myself who have been searching but to no avail here are the upcoming Killah Bees. This colorway reminds me of the Wu Tang Dunks from way back. That puts these at must cop status if you are Wu and Nike head like myself . So stay tuned for updates

Atari Air Force 2600 Hi's

For awhile now the Air Force 2 has been the neglected little brother of the Air Force family [ seriously these are slept on butters] interesting colorways haven't drop for an absurdly long time . Luckily I have these pictures of these upcoming Atari inspired joints . These Air Force 2's are detailed with the wood paneling in the sole and on the side panels and to top it all all off it has in red letters game select bringing back memories of the days of Pong , Yars Revenge and Space Invaders even PAC-MAN[ Shudders } . No detailed information about a release date so keep your ear to the streets.

Once again Jordan Brand drops a head scratcher this time with a low top Jordan 1 with velcro instead of laces all for the low price of $100 colonials , seriously now why would one even buy a pair of Jordans with velcro on them for themselves instead of their child or younger siblings. Has Mike gone to far are is this the first step of the end of an era.

If you have been following the Air Flight Lites we have good news for you . These citron and red colorways will hold you down til Christmas for the 11/12 package. What really makes these stand out is that these are o.g colorways and they are quite colorful compared to the current monchrome basketball shoes released by nike. They release sometime in October for $110.

In4mation x Vans Half Cab

In4mats has just collaboed with Vans that is reminscent of the 1006 collabo with etnies on the Rap High model. The shoes share the design shceme 2 layer print of denim and houndstooth that if you skated in them you would get to a different layer of the shoe created various designs and making a very unique and original shoe for each customer who actually skated in them. The Half Cabs is expected to release Decemeber twelveth with a run of 500 pairs.

Ever Since the Air Yeezy were created for Kanye everyone wanted to know how were they born . Did Bruce or Tink have any say in this ? Why are they so hightop? So for all you who were looking for the desginer look no further because Ye created these shoes himself I know its startling but look at them every shoe that he has been spotted in was put together into one amalgamtion of sneaker awesomeness. The shoes were in conception since December 11, 2006.

After Af1 One Night Only he sat down with Nike Ceo Mark Parker and drew the first sketches. It became official Ye has transcended from pop star to Icon . He succeded in being the only rapper and nonathlete in the history of Nike to receive his own shoe not just a colorway but his very own shoe model.

Nike Vintage Vandal Hits the States

After almost seven months on the International scene . The Nike Vandals return home this fall . Where they were notorious for being the unoffical sneaker of taggers they were infamous because the paint dripped into the shoe and was absorbed instead of staining them. Currently its unknown if these three colorways will ship to regular nike accounts but there is a chance of it due to the previous nike vintage running models being in Finishline and Urbanoutfitters. So cross your fingers because these might hit as a quickstrike.

Nike continues its plan of bringing back the heat of the 90's with arguably one of Scottie's best pairs the Air Flight Lite 's which you probaly saw him wear these in the in low top form. . What really makes these really significant is that he wore this model in low top for his first championship alongside Micheal in his Carmines which have graduated to o.g status over the past seventeen years . True to form they are very similar to the Sixes[ Peep the clear sole on these ] just like how older nike's are similar to early Jordan releases. Unlike most retroed shoes that have new colorways that are met with mixed results don't worry these are an original colorway . These are a must cop for all fans of the Bulls and of early 90's Nike basketball shoes . They ship out some time between October/November .

Air Jordan Fusion 6

I found out these were coming out a while back and all I can say is dog the hype. Serioously I thought I was an idiot for not buying the cdp but now Mike gives me my chance at redemption in a twisted way . I know its not really an og release but damnit I think they are hot surriously. Not every tight jordan was picked up on immediately remeber those old retros of the early 90's . Well o.g colors were on shelves in Marshalls and Ross son . Especially the Nu retros. I mean really, shoes that people pass up then became the most coveted kicks. Shoes like this are the reason that people are on Nike Talk which is the second largest middleman to buying hard to find kicks.

I want to thank Jordan Brand for coming forward with the Idea of fusions which they have been making for years now from nu retro's to the Melo line JB has and always will make fusions. Peace
